摘要
摘要目的应用股骨近端短重建钉(INTERTAN)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析方法２０１０．１０－２０１４．４使用INTERTAN(Smith－Nephew)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折１１６例,通过术后随访获得疗效资料结果１０３例患者获得术后随访,时间３－１８月,平均采用髋关节Harris评分,为６５－９６分(平均８８±３．１);５４例优,３７例良,９例可,３例差.优良率为８８．３％,其中８５例于术后１２周骨折完全愈合,所有病例于术后２４周均达骨性愈合;１例因内翻畸形出现拉力螺钉切出.结论INTERTAN具有其独特之处,用于治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有创伤小、出血少、骨折端线性可控加压、内固定牢固、抗旋转及抗切出能力较强的优点;是较好的髓内固定方法之一.关键词INTERTAN;股骨粗隆间骨折;疗效EfficacyAnalysisofTriGenInterTANHipFractureNailingSystemfor１０３CasesofIntertrochantericFracturePatientsAbstractObjectiveTodiscusstheindicationsandtheclinicaleffectsofTriGenInterTANhipfracturenailingsystemforintertrochantericfracture．MethＧodsFromOctober２０１０toApril２０１４,１１６patientswithintertrochantericfracturesweretreatedbyTriGenInterTANhipfracturenailingsystem．Follow－updatawerecollected．ResultsAmongallpatients,１０３patientswerefollowed－up,from３monthsto１８months．Harrishipscorewas８８±３．１onaverage．５４caseswereexcellent,３７casesweregood,９caseswerefairand３caseswerebad．８５casesgotfracturehealedafter１２weeks．Andallcaseswerehealedin２４weeks．OnＧlyoneofthemhadtensionscrewcutoutbecauseofvarusdeformity．ConclusionINTERTANcanbeusedtotreatintertrochantericfractureinelderpatientswithadvantKaegyeswoofrdssmalltrauma,lessbleeding,controllablepressurizingoffracturelineandstrongrotatingandshearingresistanceability．INTERTAN;Intertrochantericfracture;Curativeeffect中图分类号R６８７．３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０４８２－０２
