摘要
摘要目的对中西医护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的应用效果进行探讨.方法将我院２０１２年２月~２０１４年８月收治的１５６例呼吸内科患者作为研究对象,以２０１２年２月~２０１３年６月入院采取常规护理方法的７８例患者为对照组,将２０１３年７月~２０１４年８月间入我院接受治疗的呼吸内科疾病患者作为观察组,观察组患者在采取常规护理方法的同时给予中西医护理风险管理,对两组呼吸内科疾病患者临床效果进行比较.结果从两组患者的护理质量和护理满意度等方面进行比较,发现给予中西医护理风险管理的观察组各方面水平更优(P＜０．０５).结论中西医护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中具有很好的应用效果.关键词呼吸内科;中西医护理风险;临床应用TheapplicationofriskmanagementinnursingofrespiratorydepartmentofInternalMedicineAbstractObjectiveTostudytheapplicationeffectofnursingriskmanagementinDepartmentofinternalmedicine．Methods１５６patientswithrespiratorydepartmentofinternalmedicineinourhospitalfromFebruary２０１２toAugustinourhospitalwerestudied．ThepatientsweretreatedwithroutinenursingcareinFebruary２０１２~２０１３inJune~２０１４inAugust,and７８patientswith~２０１４weretreatedbyroutinenursing．Thenursingeffectwascomparedbetweenthetwogroups．Resultsfromthetwogroupsofpatientswithnursingqualityandnursingsatisfaction,andfoundthatthelevelofnursingriskmanagementinChineseandWesternmedicineisbetter(P＜０．０５)．ConclusiontheChineseandWesternmedicinenursingriskmanageＧmentinrespiratorydepartmentofinternalmedicinenursinghasaverygoodapplicationeffect．KeywordsRespiratoryDepartmentofinternalmedicine;riskofChineseandWesternmedicine;clinicalapplication中图分类号R４７文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０７０４－０１
