摘要
摘要目的分析一期后路植骨融合内固定及前路病灶清除植骨融合腰骶段脊柱结核的疗效.方法截取２０１２年４月－２０１５年４月３６例腰骶段脊柱结核患者为研究对象,采取前路腹膜外途径,清除病灶,支撑植骨,后路钉棒系统内固定、植骨融合治疗腰骶段脊柱(L３－S１),术后进行常规的抗腰骶段脊柱结核治,检查植骨融合情况及疗效.结果随访后,患者各指标恢复良好,无再复发.结论一期后路植骨融合内固定及前路病灶清除植骨融合腰骶段脊柱结核的疗效显著,值得推广.关键词结核;骨移植;内固定AbstractObjectiveAnalysisoffixationofaposteriorinterbodyfusionandanteriordebridementefficacyoffusionlumbosacralspinaltuberculosis．MethＧodsInterceptionApril２０１２－April２０１５３６casesoflumbosacralspinaltuberculosispatientsforthestudy,takeanteriorextraperitonealapproach,debridement,strutgraft,posteriorpediclescrewfixation,treatmentoflumbosacralfusionspine(L３－S１),afterroutinesituationsandefficacyofanti－tuberculosistreatmentoflumbosacralspine,checkingfusion．ResultsAfterfollow－up,eachindexpatientrecoveredwellwithoutrecurrence．ConclusionsFixationaposteriorinterＧbodyfusionandanteriordebridementefficacyoffusionlumbosacralspinaltuberculosisissignificant,worthyofpromotion．中图分类号R７文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６９０－０１
