摘要
摘要目的探讨血清UA、CysC及β２－MG在糖尿病肾病早期的诊断价值.方法根据血清肌酐值将１００例２型糖尿病分为肾功异常组及肾功正常组,其中肾功正常组再根据尿常规检查分为蛋白尿阴性组及阳性组,即蛋白尿阴性组、蛋白尿阳性组各４０例及肾功异常组２０例和３０例健康对照组,进行血清UA、CysC、β２－MG、BUN及Cr同时测定,并作比对分析.结果三组中血清CysC、β２－MG与健康正常对照组比较均有统计学意义,蛋白尿阴性组尿酸与健康正常对照组比较无统计学意义.结论血清CysC、β２－MG较UA更能及早的反应２型糖尿病肾功能情况,三项联合可作为糖尿病肾病早期的诊断指标.关键词尿酸;抑素类;β２微球蛋白;糖尿病肾病;早期诊断Theearlydiagnosticvalueofserumuricacid、CysC、β２－MGinpatientswithDiabeticNephropathyZhangJin－feng,LiXue－yun,ShiMei,XingJian－hua,PangBo－jiang.AbstractObjectiveToevaluatetheuricacid、CysC、β２－MGasmarkerthreeofearlydiagnosticinpatientswithdiabeticnephropathyII(DN)．MethodsAccordingtothevalueofserumcreatinine,１００casesofType２DiabetesMellitus(T２DM)canbedividedintoabnormalrenalfunctiongroupandnormalrenalfunction,withnormalrenalfunctiongroupaccordingtoroutineurineexaminationintoproteinurianegativegroupsandpositivegroups,positiveornegativegroup,albuminuriagroupofeach４０casesandabnormalrenalfunctiongroupof２０and３０casesofhealthycontrolgroup,serumUA,CysC,β２－MG,BUNandCreasimultaneousdetermination,analysisandcomparison.ResultsThreegroupsofserumCysC,β２－MGcomparedwithhealthynormalcontrolgroupwerestatisＧticallysignificant,negativegroupsuricacidcomparedtohealthynormalcontrolgroupwithoutstatisticalsignificance.ConclusionSerumCysC,β２－MGfromUAcanmoreearlyreactioninT２DM,kidneyfunctionthreejointcanbeusedasthediagnosisofDiabeticNephropathyearlyindicators.KeywordsUricAcid;Chalones;Beta２－microglobulin;DiabeticNephropathy;EarlyDiagnostic中图分类号R５８７R７３５文献标识码A文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６９４－０２
