摘要
摘要目的探讨催乳泵在产后治疗乳房胀痛中的应用效果.方法选取２０１５年１月－５月足月妊娠顺产或剖宫产的有乳房胀痛的初产妇１６０例,按催乳方法不同分为两组观察组８０例采用分娩后６h内开始应用催奶泵,每次３０min,每日２次,连用３天;对照组８０例采用手法按摩和手法挤奶,比较两组乳房胀痛缓解的有效情况.结果观察组治愈率为７８．７５％,对照组治愈率为３６．２５％,观察组乳房胀痛的程度明显轻于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论催乳泵在治疗产后乳房胀痛疗效好、安全、方便、无痛苦,值得推广.关键词催奶泵;乳房胀痛;效果AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheapplicationeffectofprolactinpumpinthetreatmentofpostpartumbreastpain．MethodsselectJanuary２０１５－５monthsinfull－termpregnancyvaginaldeliveryorcesareansectionof１６０casesofnulliparouswomenwithbreastpain,accordingtothedifferentmethodsofproＧlactintotwogroupsGroup(８０cases)bylaborat６hafterstartoflactationpump,３０minuteseachtime,２timesaday,QDfor３days;８０casesinthecontrolgroupweretreatedwithmassageandmanualmilking,comparedtwogroupsofbreastpainreliefeffectiveobservation．Resultsintheobservationgroup,thecureratewas７８．７５％,controlgroup,thecureratewas３６．２５％,theobservationgroupbreastdistendingpainsignificantlylighterthanthecontrolgroup,thedifferＧencebetweenthetwogroupshasstatisticalsignificance(P＜０．０５)．Conclusionprolactinpumpefficacyinthetreatmentofpostpartumbreastpain,goodsafety,convenient,nopain,isworthyofpromotion．中图分类号R４７３．７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０３６４－０１
