摘要 Thewholeprocessofeconomicdevelopmentthroughouttheworldhasshownthatthedevelopmentofeveryregionmustrelyoncorrelatedindustries.Re-gionaldistributionandrelativesizeofindustriesdif-feraccordingtodiverseeconomicconditions,socialresources,anddifferingdevelopingprocesses.Hence,allnationalgovernmentsformulateindustrialdevel-opmentpoliciesinaccordancewiththeirlocalcondi-tionsandgiveprioritytosomedominantindustriessoastospeeduptheoveralldevelopmentoftheireco-nomicsociety.
