原子吸收光谱测定尿中锰方法探析

摘要 中图分类号R657.3文献标识码A文章编号1672-3783(2015)07-0616-01摘要目的建立尿液中锰元素的原子吸光广谱测定方法。方法采用石墨炉的原子吸收光谱测定法测定尿样中锰元素的含量。并且加入基体改善剂,采用程序升温的办法进行测定。结果当锰元素的含量范围在0~80μg/L内,其线性回归方程为[ABS]=0.03532C+0.0542,其标准曲线的相关系数r为0.9991。在此范围内其线性良好。精密度试验,其变异系数,分别是4.2%,4.4%以及3.8%;本方法的回收率在93%到103%之间,回收率符合要求。结论原子吸收光谱测定尿样中的锰元素含量,能够节省样品的预处理过程,并且相关性良好,值得推广使用。
