摘要
摘要目的分析溃疡性结肠炎(UlcerativeColitis,UC)患者粪便钙卫蛋白(FecalCalprotectin,FCP)水平与病情严重程度相关性.方法选取１００例经内镜及病理确诊活动期UC患者,４０例恢复期UC患者及４０例健康体检者,留取粪便,ELISA法检测各组的FCP水平.结果活动期UC患者FCP水平明显高于缓解期及对照组(P＜０．０１),中、重度活动期UC患者FC水平明显高于轻度活动期UC患者,三组间差异具有统计学意义(P＜０．０１).FCP水平与UC患者病情严重度呈正相关(r＝０．９１０,P＜０．０１).结论FCP水平与活动期UC患者病情严重度明显相关,检测FCP水平可能对疾病病情及疗效评价有一定的价值.关键词钙卫蛋白;溃疡性结肠炎TheCorrelationoftheFecalCalprotectinandtheseverityofUlcerativeColitisZHANGWeiSUNJieWUJieqiongXANGYiSHIYingYANGXinbo(DepartＧmentofGastmenterology,theSecondAffiliatedHospitalofShaanxiCollegeofTraditionalChineseMedicine,XianyangShaanxi７１２０００)AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalvalueoffecalcalprotectinduringtheclinicalcourseofUlcerativeColitis(UC)．MethodsELISAassaywasusedtomeasuretheconcentrationsofcalprotectininfecesfrom１００patientsinactivitygroup、４０patientsinremissiongroupand４０patientsinhealthycontrols．ResultsFecalcalprotectin(FCP)oftheUCpatientsinactivitygroupwashigherthanthatintheinremissiongroupandcontrolgroup(P＜０．０１)．FCPlevelswashigherinUCpatientsinmoderateandsevereactivestagethanthoseinUCpatientsinmildactivestage(P＜０．０１)．FCPlevelsandtheseverityofUCwerepositivelycorrelaＧted(r＝０．９１０,P＜０．０１)．ConclusionTheFCPlevelswaspositivelycorrelatedwiththeseverityoftheUCpatients．FCPhasimportantvaluetomonitortheseverityofdiseaseandtheefKfiecyacwyorofdsthetreatment．FecalCalprotectin;UlcerativeColitis中图分类号R５７４．６文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０５２６－０２
