摘要
摘要目的探讨手术室细节护理对提高手术室护理安全性的影响.方法在医院２０１４年９月到２０１５年７月期间接诊的手术患者中抽取６１例作研究对象,按照随机抽样法,将本组研究对象分为观察组(n＝３１)和对照组(n＝３０),观察组采取手术室细节护理,对照组采取手术室常规护理,比例两组患者护理满意度以及护理安全评分.结果观察组护理满意度为９０．３２％,护理安全评分为(９７．１１±１．０３)分;对照组护理满意度为７３．３３％,护理安全评分为(９０．７２±２．６２)分;两组患者的护理满意度和护理安全评分的组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜０．０５).结论手术室细节护理在提高手术室护理安全性方面效果明显,并能显著提升患者护理满意度,值得推广应用于临床.关键词手术室细节护理;护理安全性;护理满意度TheeffectofdetailnursingforsafetyinoperatingroomnursingLuoLi－PingAbstractobjectiveTodiscussthedetailnursingforsafetyinoperatingroomnursing．MethodsChoosed６１casesfromSep．２０１４toJul．２０１５todivideintostudygroupandcontrolledgroup．Thestudygroupweretreatedwithdetailnursing,thecontrolledgroupweretreatedwithcommonnursing．Comparedthesatisafactionrateandsafetyscoresofthesetwogroups．ResultsThesatisfactionrateofstudygroupwas９０．３２％,safetyscorewas９７．１１±１．０３,betterthan７３．３３％and９０．７２±２．６２ofconＧtrolledKgeryouwpor．dCsonclusionUsingdetailnursingcanimprovesafetyinoperatingroomtoincreasepatients’satisfactionrate．detailnursing,safety,satisfactionrate中图分类号R４７１文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０９５７－０１
