摘要
摘要目的探讨奥曲肽不同应用方式治疗胰腺炎的临床疗效.方法选取２０１１年９月至２０１５年９月我院收治的胰腺炎患者８０例,观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果两组患者临床治疗的恢复时间都有明显差异(P＜０．０５),存在统计学意义.结论给予胰腺炎患者进行微量注射泵持续注射奥曲肽治疗,能够在一定程度上有效缩短患者的症状,提升其治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率,治疗效果显著.关键词奥曲肽;微量注射泵;皮下注射;临床疗效AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalcurativeeffectofoctreotideindifferentapplicationmethodsoftreatmentofacutepancreatitis．MethodsfromSeptember２０１１toSeptember２０１５inourhospital８０casesofpancreatitispatients,observationofthetreatmenteffectofthetwogroupsofpatients．Resultstherecoverytimeofthetwogroupsweresignificantlydifferent(P＜０．０５),therewasstatisticalsignificance．ConclusiongivingmicroinjectionpumpforcontinuousinＧjectionofoctreotideinthetreatmentofpatientswithpancreatitis,caninacertainextent,effectivelyshortenthepatientsymptoms,improvethetreatmentefficienＧcy,redKuecyetwhoerdisncidenceofadversereactions,treatmenteffectisremarkable．octreotide;microinjectionpump;subcutaneousinjection;clinicalcurativeeffect中图分类号R４５３文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１３９８－０１
