摘要
摘要目的观察三九胃泰颗粒联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗慢性浅表胃炎的临床疗效.方法将１３６例慢性浅表胃炎患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组６８例.观察组服用三九胃泰颗粒联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗,对照组服用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊.观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效及１年内慢性胃炎的复发率.结果观察组的总有效率为９４．１２％,优于对照组的７３．５３％,在１年内观察组的复发率为７．３５％,明显低于对照组的１６．１７％,观察组与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论三九胃泰颗粒联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊对慢性浅表胃炎的临床治疗效果更佳,该中西医结合治疗方法值得临床推广.关键词慢性浅表性胃炎;雷贝拉唑;三九胃泰AbstractobjectiveToobservetheeffectofsanjiuweitaiparticlescombinedwithrabeprazolesodiumonchronicsuperficialgastritis．Methods１３６casesofchronicsuperficialgastritiswererandomlydividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,eachgroupof６８cases．Theobservationgrouptreatedwithsanjiuweitaiparticlescombinedwithrabeprazolesodium,thecontrolgrouptreatedwithrabeprazolesodium．Aftertreatment,clinicalcurativeeffectandrecurrencerateofchroＧnicgastritisinbothgroupswereassessed．ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftheobservationgroup(９４．１２％),betterthanthecontrolgroup(７３．５３％),andthereＧcurrencerateofchronicgastritisinoneyear,theobservationgroup(７．３５％)wassignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup(１６．１７％),allhavestatisticallysignifiＧcant(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionsSanjiuweitaiparticl－escombinedwithrabeprazolesodiumhasaconfirmedcurativeeffectonchronicsuperficialgastritis,anditisworthyKeayppwliocradtsinginclinic．ChronicSuperficialGastritis;Rabeprazole;Sanjiuweitai－particles中图分类号R４５３文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１１４７－０２
