摘要
SphericalYAG:Ce3+phosphorparticleswithnarrowsizedistributionwerepreparedbyspraypyrolysis.Theeffectsoftheconcentrationofsolution,theflowrateofcarriergasandtheannealingtemperatureonthephosphormorphologywerestudied.Theproductivityofprecursorparticlesshowsatrendofdropafterrisingwiththeincreaseofconcentration.Raisingtheflowrateofnitrogencanimprovetheproductivityoftheprecursorparticles.Phosphorpreparedbyspraypyrolysishasobviouslyhigheremissionintensitythanthatsynthesizedbysolidstatereaction,spraypyrolysismakesCe3+ionswelldistributedinthecrystallatticeastheluminescentcenters,andphosphorparticleshaveregularsphericityandnarrowsizedistribution.
