摘要
摘要目的本文探讨治疗急性前列腺炎应用综合治疗方法的临床效果.方法选取２０１２年１２月~２０１４年１２月我单位接诊的４０例该病患者为研究对象;随机将其分为观察组和对照组各２０例;对照组(２０例)应用西药抗感染治疗方法,观察组(２０例)在对照组基础上加用中药汤剂综合治疗;比较两种治疗方法临床疗效.结果经治疗,观察组血、尿常规白细胞计数均好于对照组;观察组临床总有效率为９５％,对照组临床总有效率为９０％;两组数据具有统计学差异(P＜０．０５).结论治疗急性前列腺炎应用综合治疗方法提高了临床疗效,具临床应用优势.关键词综合方法;急性前列腺炎;治疗效果AbstractObjectiveTheclinicaleffectofcomprehensivetreatmentfortreatingacuteprostatitis．Methods４０casesofthisdiseasewereselectedfrom２０１２December~２０１４yearinDecemberinourhospitalastheresearchobject;Randomlydividedthemintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,２０casesineachgroup;controlgroup(２０cases)treatedwithwesternmedicineantiinfectivetreatmentmethod,theobservationgroup(２０cases)inthecontrolgroupbasedontheuseofChinesemedicinedecoctiontreatment;tocomparetheclinicaleffectsoftwokindsoftreatmentmethods．ResultsTheobservationgroupaftertreatment,imＧprovementofbloodleukocytecountroutinewasbetterthanthecontrolgroup;theclinicaltotaleffectivewas９５％intheobservationgroup,theclinicaltotaleffecＧtiveratewas９０％inthecontrolgroup;Thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionTreatmentofacuteprostatitiswithcomprehensivetreatmentmethodtoimprovetheclinicalcurativeeffect,Clinicalapplicationadvantages．KeywordsSyntheticmethod;Acuteprostatitis;Treatmenteffect中图分类号R２７７．５文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０７０７－０１
