摘要
摘要目的探讨痛风性关节炎的MRI影像学特征。方法收集53例痛风性关节炎患者的临床资料和MRI图像进行回顾性分析。结果跖趾关节发病最高,MRI可表现为关节旁痛风结节肿块、穿凿样骨破坏及骨髓水肿等影像学特征。结论MRI能显示痛风性关节炎的病理改变,中晚期患者可显示出典型的MRI影像学征象,MRI对于痛风性关节炎的诊断较有意义。关键词痛风;关节炎;关节;MRIAbstractObjectiveTostudytheMRIimagingcharacteristicsofgoutyarthritis.MethodsTheMRIimagingandclinicaldataof53casesofgoutyarthritiswerecollectedandwereanalyzedretrospectively.ResultsIncidenceofofthepatients’metatarsophalangealjointwashigherthanotherjoints.MRIimagingdemonstratedperiarticularlyeccentricgoutynodularmasses,theoverhangingmarginof"punchedout"erosions,cysticdestructionandcalcificationofatophus.ConclusionMRIscanningcandemonstratepathologicalchangingofgoutyarthritis.TypicalMRIimagingcanbedisplayedinthelateofpatientsofgoutyarthritis.MRIscanningishelpfulforpatientswithgoutyarthritis.Keywordsgout;arthritis;joint;MRI
