摘要
摘要目的综合分析预见性护理指引应用于骨科手术护理中的临床效果.方法在２０１３年２月－２０１４年２月,选择本院因为接受骨科手术护理的患者临床资料１２００例,按照不同的护理方式分配为预见性护理组与常规对照组,每组患者各６００例.结果２组患者在护理的满意程度,并发症以及平均住院时间等方面数据差异比较大,具有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论预见性护理指引应用于骨科手术护理中的临床效果比较理想.关键词预见性护理;骨科手术;临床效果AbstractObjectToanalyzetheclinicaleffectofpredictivenursingcareinDepartmentoforthopedicsoperationnursing．MethodsInFebruary２０１３to２０１４yearFebＧruary,Select４８casesofclinicaldataofpatientsreceivingdepartmentoforthopedicsoperationnursing,Accordingtodifferentnursingmethods,thepredictivenursinggroupandtheroutinecontrolgroupwereallocatedfortheforeseeablenursinggroup,２４patientsineachgroup．Results２groupsofpatientsinnursingsatisfaction,thedifferencesincomplicationsandaveragelengthofhospitalstaywerestatisticallysignificant(P＜０．０５)．ConclusiontheclinicaleffectofpredictivenursingcareinthesurgicalnursinginDeＧpartmeKnetyofwoorrdtshopedicsissatisfactory．Predictivenursing;Departmentoforthopedicsoperation;Clinicaleffect中图分类号R６８３．３文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０７０２－０１
