摘要
摘要目的通过医务人员职业暴露面临的危险因素和感染机率、分布情况的调查分析,对医务人员职业暴露的预防与控制措施进行探讨.方法对我院２０１２年１月－２０１４年１２月期间,医务人员发生锐器伤和职业暴露状况进行调查分析.结果期间,有５８例次职业暴露发生者.结论增强医务人员职业防护意识,加强教育与培训,采取有效合理措施,是预防伤害事件发生、确保职业安全的关键.关键词医务人员;职业暴露;预防与控制Abstractobjectivethroughthemedicalstaffoccupationalexposurearefacedwiththeriskfactorsandtheinfection,theinvestigationandanalysisofthedistriＧbution,thepreventionandcontrolmeasuresofoccupationalexposuretothemedicalpersonnelwerediscussed．MethodsinourhospitalduringJanuary２０１２－DecemＧber２０１４,themedicalstafftosharpinjuryandoccupationalexposureconditionswereinvestigated．Resultsduringtheperiod,５８casesofoccupationalexposureocＧcurred．Conclusionenhancingthemedicalstaffoccupationalprotectionconsciousness,strengtheneducationandtraining,takeeffectivemeasures,reasonableistopreＧventharmincident,thekeytoensureoccupationalsafety．KeywordsMedicalpersonnel;Occupationalexposure;Preventionandcontrol中图分类号R１８３文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０８８５－０１
