摘要
摘要目的研究中西医结合治疗在慢性充血性心力衰竭治疗中的应用效果.方法选取我院在２０１２年１月至２０１４年１２月间收治的７２例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,以数字随机分组法原则为依据,将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各３６例病例.对照组为常规西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果观察组治疗有效率为９７．２２％,对照组治疗有效率为７２．２２％,对比有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论中西医结合在慢性充血性心力衰竭治疗中应用效果显著,可大大提升临床疗效,值得临床推广应用.关键词中西医结合;心力衰竭;充血性AbstractobjectiveTostudytheeffectofcombinationtherapyinchronicuseinthetreatmentofcongestiveheartfailure．MethodsClinicaldatainourhosＧpitalinJanuary２０１２toDecember２０１４weretreated７２patientswithchroniccongestiveheartfailurepatientsintothedigitalmethodisbasedonthepincipleofrandomization,patientsweredividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,eacheachgroupof３６casesofcases．ConventionalWesternmedicinetreatmentgroup,observationgroupincombinationtherapy,theclinicalefficacyofthetwogroupswerecompared．ResultsTheeffectiveratewas９７．２２％,thecontrolgroupwas７２．２２％effectivecontrastwasstatisticallysignificant(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionIntegrativeMedicineinthetreatmentofchroniccongestiveheartfailureapplicaKtieoynwroersdusltsareobvious,cangreatlyenhancetheclinicalefficacy,worthyofclinicalapplication．Integrativemedicine;heartfailure;congestive中图分类号R５４１．６文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０１３１－０１
