摘要
摘要目的观察无针缝合器应用于剖宫产横切口裂开的临床效果.方法２０１２年１月至２０１３年１２月,我院共施行剖宫产２４６０例,其中低位横切口剖宫产１６８０例,选取其中切口裂开１０例,但腹直肌前鞘完整.其中１例感染,２例线结反应,７例脂肪液化.结果经应用后,１０例切口均二期愈合,未行二次清创缝合.结论无针缝合器应用于剖宫产腹壁横切口裂开效果显著,避免二次清创缝合,减少患者的恐惧和痛苦,达到美容效果,减少医疗纠纷.关键词无针缝合器;腹壁横切口;裂开AbstractObjectiveToobservetheneedlefreesuturedeviceappliedtotheclinicaleffectofcesareansectionwithtransverseincisiondehiscence．MethodsIn２０１２Januaryto２０１３Decemberinourhospital,atotalof２４６０casesofcesareansection,whereinthelowtransverseincisioncesareansectionin１６８０cases,inＧcluding１０casesofwounddehiscencewereselected,buttheanteriorrectussheath．Ofwhich１casesofinfection,２caseswithsuturereaction,７casesoffatliqueＧfaction．Resultsaftertheapplication,１０caseofincisionweretwohealing,nottwotimesofdebridementandsuturing．ConclusionNoneedlesuturedeviceusedincesareansectionoftransverseabdominalincisiondehiscenceeffectisremarkable,avoidtwotimesdebridement,reducethepatient＇spainandthefear,toachievethecosKmeyetiwcoredffsect,reducemedicaldisputes．Noneedlesuturedevicetransverse;Abdominalincision;Dhiscence中图分类号R６１５文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０４８５－０１
