摘要
摘要目的探讨慢性痛风性肾病患者接受中医辨证治疗的临床疗效.方法选择２０１３年３月到２０１５年３月期间在我院治疗的慢性痛风性肾病患者８０例为研究对象,将其随机均分为两组,对照组患者进行西医治疗,观察组实施中医辨证治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果.结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率为８２．５％,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为９０．０％,两组对比存在显著性差异(P＜０．０５),具有统计学意义.结论中医辩证疗法用于治疗慢性痛风性肾病患者效果显著,具有重要的临床意义,值得大力推广.关键词慢性痛风性肾病;中医辩证疗法;临床疗效AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalcurativeeffectofthechronicgoutynephropathypatientswithtraditionalChinesemedicinedialecticaltherapy．MethodsChoosing８０casesofpatientswithchronicgoutynephropathyreceivedtreatmentinourhospitalduringtheperiodofMarch２０１３toMarch２０１５astheresearchobject,whicharedividedintotwogroupsatrandom,thecontrolgrouppatientswithwesternmedicinetreatment,theobservationgroupimplementationoftraditionalChinesemedicinedialecticaltherapy,comparedthetherapeuticeffectoftwogroupsofpatients．ResultsThetotaltreatmenteffectiverateofthecontrolgrouppatientswas８２．５％,whilethetotaltreatmenteffectiverateoftheobservationgrouppatientswas９０．０％,comparedthetwogroupsexistsignificantdifferＧence(P＜０．０５),withstatisticalsignificance．ConclusionTraditionalChinesemedicinedialecticaltherapyforthetreatmentofpatientswithchronicgoutynephropＧathyeffectisremarkable,whichhasimportantclinicalsignificanceandisworthpromoting．中图分类号R２４文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１４０４－０１
