摘要
摘要目的研究分析二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合生脉注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法选取２０１３年３月~２０１４年４月期间来我院就诊的７８例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机划分为实验组和对比组,每组患者３９例,两组患者都采取常规治疗的方法,实验组在常规治疗的基础上采取二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合生脉注射液治疗,观察分析两组患者治疗结束后的临床效果.结果实验组总有效率为９５．２％,显著高与对比组的８０．１％;实验组N－末端B型利钠肽前体下降水平明显高于对比组,实验组LVEDD、LVEF改善状况显著优于对比组,两组间差异比较具有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合生脉注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭有着较好的临床效果,能有效改善患者临床症状及生活状态,值得在临床医学中推广应用.关键词二丁酰环磷腺苷钙;生脉注射液;慢性心力衰竭CurativeeffectofCalciumDibutyryladenosineCyclophosphatecombinedwithShengMaiInjectioninthetreatmentofchronicheartfailureHouJunAbstractobjectiveTostudythecurativeeffectofcalciumDibutyryladenosineCyclophosphatecombinedwithShengMaiInjectioninthetreatmentofchronＧicheartfailure．MethodsSelected７８casesofpatientswithchronicheartfailureinourhospitalfromMar２０１１toApr２０１２,theyweredividedintoexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroupwith３９caseseach．Theyallreceivedroutinetreatment,buttheexperimentalgroupwouldhaveDibutyryladenosineCyclophosphatecomＧbinedwithShengMaiInjectionandthencomparedthecurativeeffectoftwogroups．ResultsTwogroupshaveachievedgoodclinicalresults,andthetotalefficienＧcyofexperimentalgroupwas９５．２％,whichissignificantlyhigher８０．１％ofcontrolgroup．ConclusionCalciumDibutyryladenosineCyclophosphatecombinedwithShengKMeyaiwIonrjdecstionhasgoodcurativeeffectinthetreatmentofchronicheartfailure,whichcanimprovetheclinicalsymptomsandthelifecondition．CalciumDibutyryladenosineCyclophosphate;ShengMaiInjection;chronicheartfailure中图分类号R５４１．６文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０９１０－０２
