摘要
摘要目的对运用帕累托原理来优化二级综合性医院的重点学科建设管理进行研究.方法回顾性分析２００２－２０１１年我院住院患者出院疾病的ICD－１０疾病编码标准分类数据,运用帕累托原理完成疾病构成及因素类型的统计,同时分析住院患者年龄结构以及季节时间分布特点,分析病种构成及顺位变化情况等就医人群的基本特征.结果掌握本地区常见病多发病的规律,为医院的重点学科方向遴选提供宏观指导.其次构建医院学科评估数据仓库,为医院管理部门制定决策提供科学依据.结论运用帕累托原理对医院的重点学科建设进行管理规划,可以有效地促进医院重点学科的成立,并推动医院快速发展关键词帕累托原理;综合性医院;重点学科建设;二级医院ParetoPrincipleappliedresearchinoptimizingthegeneralhospitalinthekeydisciplinesofConstructionManagementAbstractObjectiveTooptimizetheuseoftheParetoprinciplefocusofmanagementdisciplinesgeneralhospitalwerestudied．MethodsAretrospectiveanalＧysisofpatientsinourhospital２００２－２０１１dischargecodingstandardICD－１０diseaseclassificationdataofthedisease,theuseoftheParetoprincipleandthecomＧpletionofthediseaseconstitutethetypeofstatisticalfactors,simultaneousanalysisofhospitalizedpatientsagestructureandseasonaldistributionoftime,analyＧsisofthebasiccharacteristicsofdiseaseandoverallchangesintheconstitutionandothermedicalgroups．Theresultsofthisregiontomasterthelawofcommonillnesses,thehospital＇sdirectionfortheselectionofkeydisciplinestoprovidemacroguidance．Second,buildadatawarehousehospitaldisciplinaryassessment,decision－makingforthehospitaladministrationtoprovideascientificbasis．ConclusionTheuseofParetoprincipletotheconstructionofthehospital＇sfocusondiscipliKneeywmoarndagementplan,caneffectivelypromotetheestablishmentoftheHospitalofkeydisciplines,andtopromotetherapiddevelopmentofthehospital．Twohospitals;Paretoprinciple;constructionofkeydisciplines;generalhospital中图分类号R１９７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０６５０－０２一研究对象与方法１．１研究对象①２００２－２０１１
