摘要
摘要目的探讨人工关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折临床疗效.方法回顾分析从２００４年１月~２０１３年１０月在我院因股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折行人工关节置换的６５例患者,手术时间、出血量,术前、术后１周、１月、３月、６月Harris评分以及并发症发生情况.结果带大小粗隆的特制长柄双极人工股骨头置换术,治疗效果满意,关节稳定性好,术后并发症发生率低.结论使用人工关节置换的方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性效果显著,具推广应用价值.关键词人工关节置换术;髋关节;股骨粗隆间骨折;老年患者;骨质疏松AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatethetreatmentofsenilefemoralintertrochantericcomminutedfracturesoftheclinicalefficacyofartificialjointreplaceＧment．MethodsRetrospectiveanalysisfromJanuary２００４toOctober２０１３inourhospitalforintertrochantericfractureline６５patientsofartificialjointreplaceＧment,operationtime,bloodloss,preoperativeandpostoperative１week,１month,３months,６monthsHarrisratingsandcomplications．ResultsThespecialzonesizetuberositylong－handledbipolarartificialfemoralheadreplacement,treatmenteffectissatisfied,joints,goodstabilityandlowincidenceofpostoperativecomＧplications．ConclusionTheuseofartificialjointreplacementtherapyforsenilefemoralintertrochantericcrushingeffectisremarkable,thepopularizationandappliＧcationvalue．中图分类号Q４４１文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０５７０－０１
