摘要
摘要目的探究CT检查在治疗四肢骨关节隐匿骨折中的临床应用价值.方法对３０例四肢外伤患者使用X光片进行检查,并对所有结果产生怀疑,并且对临床体征和平时的访问也有疑问的病例进行CT检查,一共有２３例患者查出了四肢骨关节隐匿骨折.结果在所选的患者的X光片中都没有发现有明显的骨折迹象,而隐匿骨折的发生率达到了７６．７％.在CT的检查中,可以发现明显的骨折痕迹.结论在四肢创伤的诊断中,X光片并不能有效的检查出所有创伤,而CT可以,所以CT是这类病症有效的检查手段.关键词四肢骨关节,隐匿骨折,CT检查AbstractObjectiveToexploretheclinicalapplicationofCTinthetreatmentofbonefracturesintheextremities．Methods３０patientswithlimbtraumawereexaminedbyXrayfilm,andalltheresultsweresuspected,andtheclinicalsignsandtheusualaccesstoCTexamination,atotalof２３casesofpatientswithbonefractures．ResultstherewerenoobvioussignsoffractureintheXoftheselectedpatients,andtheincidenceofoccultfracturesreached７６．７％．IntheexaminationoftheCT,canfindobviousfracturetrace．Conclusioninthediagnosisoflimbtrauma,theXrayfilmisnoteffectiveintheexaminationofalltrauma,andCTcan,soCTisaneffectivemethodforthisdiseaseK．eywordslimbbonejoint,occultfracture,CTexamination中图分类号R６８３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１３４６－０２
