摘要
【摘 要】目的：分析小针刀治疗腰椎病的临床情况。方法：选取 2018年 8月 -2019年 8月我院收治的 64例腰椎病患者作为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组各 32例，观察组患者选用小针刀治疗，对照组选择常规治疗，对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者恢复优良率情况优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：小针刀治疗腰椎病的临床疗效良好，能够有效改善患者腰腿疼痛等症状，帮助患者尽快恢复正常腰椎功能，值得推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical situation of small needle scalpel in the treatment of lumbar diseases. Methods: from August 2018 to August 2019, 64 patients with lumbar spondylosis in our hospital were selected as the research object, and they were divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases each. Patients in the observation group were treated with small needle knife, while those in the control group were treated with conventional therapy, and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the recovery rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of small needle scalpel in the treatment of lumbar diseases is good, it can effectively improve the symptoms of patients' lumbago and leg pain, and help patients recover normal lumbar function as soon as possible, which is worth popularizing.
