摘要
摘要：目的 分析肺癌患者应用紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗护理方法。方法 选取从 2017年 10月～ 2018年 10月收治的 20例肺癌患者，采取紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗，并采取针对性护理措施。结果 本组 20例肺癌患者，并未出现明显关节肌肉疼痛、过敏反应、严重胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制以及药物外渗等现象，但是均有一定程度的脱发情况，化疗治疗能够顺利完成。结论 对采取紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗肺癌患者采取针对性护理措施，能减轻化疗所引起的不良反应，确保治疗顺利进行。

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the nursing methods of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in patients with lung cancer. Methods Twenty patients with lung cancer admitted from October 2017 to October 2018 were treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin, and targeted nursing measures were taken. Result There were no obvious joint muscle pain, allergic reaction, severe gastrointestinal reaction, bone marrow suppression and drug exosmosis in 20 patients with lung cancer, but there were alopecia to some extent. Chemotherapy could be successfully completed. Conclusion Targeted nursing measures for patients with lung cancer treated by paclitaxel combined with cisplatin can reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy and ensure the smooth progress of treatment.
