摘要
【摘要】 目的：探讨老年念珠菌性阴道炎应用酮康唑与克霉唑栓联合治疗的效果。方法：选择 2018年 1月 -2019年 1月笔者所在医院收治的 100例老年念珠菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象，按照抽签法方式将其分为试验组与对照组，各 50例。对照组给予酮康唑治疗，试验组接受酮康唑与克霉唑栓联合治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后症状评分。结果：试验组治疗总有效率为 98.00%，高于对照组的 80.00%，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。治疗前两组患者症状评分比较，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05） ;治疗后试验组外阴瘙痒灼痛、阴道清洁、阴道分泌物、外阴红肿等评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：老年念珠菌性阴道炎采取酮康唑与克霉唑栓联合治疗，其临床效果显著，可全面改善患者临床症状，可广泛推广实施运用。

【 Abstract】 Objective： To evaluate the effect of combined treatment of Ketoconazole and Clotrimazole Suppositories in the elderly with candida vaginitis.Method： A total of 100 elderly patients with candida vaginitis admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the method of drawing lots， with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ketoconazole， and the experimental group was treated with Ketoconazole and Clotrimazole Suppositories.The therapeutic effect， symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.00%， which was higher than that of the control group（ 80.00%）， the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05） .There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups before treatment（ P>0.05） .After treatment， the scores of vulva pruritus， vaginal cleaning， vaginal secretion， and vulva redness in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05） .Conclusion： The combined treatment of Ketoconazole and Clotrimazole Suppositories in elderly patients with candida vaginitis is effective， which can comprehensively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.It can be widely promoted and implemented.

女性疾病當中最常见的一种疾病就是念珠菌性阴道炎，该种疾病多半发病于老年患者中，随着患者自身年龄的不断增加，其自身免疫功能不断下降，极易引发该种疾病 [1-3]。临床治疗该种疾病多半选取药物治疗措施，但也有很多患者存在反复发作情况。因此治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的方式一直是临床持续研究的重点内容，本次研究工作旨在探讨治疗老年念珠菌性阴道炎采用酮康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗的效果，现报道如下。
