摘要
[摘要 ]目的 研究并观察舒适护理在妊娠合并心衰患者行剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选取本院 2017年 7月～ 2018年 7月收治的妊娠合并心衰患者 100例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分对照组和观察组，各 50例。对照组采用硬膜外阻滞麻醉的方法，观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理。结果观察组妊娠合并心衰患者的焦虑情况、抑郁情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理模式应用于妊娠合并心衰患者行剖宫产手术中，能够显著改善患者心理状态，效果显著。

[Abstract] Objective To study and observe the application effect of comfort nursing in cesarean section for pregnant patients with heart failure. Methods 100 pregnant women with heart failure admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases each. The control group was anesthetized by epidural block, and the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group. Results the anxiety and depression in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion comfortable nursing mode can significantly improve the psychological status of pregnant women with heart failure during cesarean section.
