摘要
【摘 要】目的：研究经阴道彩超诊断和鉴别诊断子宫疤痕妊娠的临床价值。方法：从我院 2015年 7月至 2017年 7月间收治的子宫疤痕妊娠患者中选择 65例，将其中采用经腹彩超检查的 30例患者设为对照组，另外 35例采用经阴道超声检查的患者设为观察组。回顾并分析患者的疤痕妊娠图像以及超声检查结果，并比较两组的诊断准确率。结果：观察组（ 91.4%）的诊断符合率要显著高于对照组（ 70.0%），其对比具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：使用经阴道彩超诊断检查，能够有效提高宫疤痕妊娠的诊断符合率，其诊断价值突出，能够为临床治疗提供重要参考依据。

Objective: To study the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy. Methods: 65 cases of uterine scar pregnancy were selected from July 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital, and 30 patients with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound were set as the control group, and the other 35 patients were set up as the observation group by transvaginal ultrasound examination. The scar pregnancy images and ultrasound findings were reviewed and analyzed, and the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups was compared. Results: the diagnostic accordance rate of the observation group (91.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the use of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis can effectively improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of uterine scar pregnancy, and its diagnostic value is outstanding, which can provide important reference for clinical treatment.
