摘要
【摘要】 目的：观察光固化复合树脂在牙体修复中的临床效果及对牙髓的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院 2019年 2-8月收治的 110例牙体修复患者作为研究对象，随机平均分为研究组、对照组，对照组运用烤瓷全冠修复，研究组采用光固化复合树脂修复。比较两组患者修复后的修复效率及牙髓并发症发生情况。结果：研究组患者的优良率（ 92.73%）显著高于对照组（ 83.64%），差异有统计学差异（ P<0.05）。治疗后牙髓并发症主要为牙髓充血、牙髓炎、牙髓坏死及根尖周炎，且研究组患者发生率（ 7.27%、 9.09%、 3.64%、 1.82%）均显著低于对照组患者（ 16.36%、 18.18%、 10.91%、 5.45%），差异均有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：光固化复合树脂在牙体修复中的修复效果显著，可有效减轻牙髓并发症发生情况，值得临床广泛应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical effect of light curing composite resin in tooth restoration and its effect on pulp. Methods: a total of 110 patients with tooth restoration who were admitted to our hospital from February to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. In the control group, porcelain crowns were used for restoration, and in the study group, light curing composite resin was used for restoration. The repair efficiency and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: the excellent and good rate of the study group (92.73%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.64%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of pulp complications in the study group (7.27%, 9.09%, 3.64%, 1.82%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.36%, 18.18%, 10.91%, 5.45%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the light curing composite resin can effectively reduce the incidence of pulp complications, and it is worthy of clinical application.
