摘要
【摘 要】目的：分析雌三醇乳膏联合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法：将 2018年 1月至 2019年 1月在本院接受诊治的 92例老年性阴道炎患者视为调查对象，以任意编号的方式纳入参照组与实验组（ n=46）。参照组实施常规治疗，实验组应用雌三醇乳膏联合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗，比较两组患者的症状控制率及患者的不良反应发生率。结果：参照组患者症状控制率为 82.61%，实验组患者症状控制率为 97.83%，组间差距比较具备统计学意义（ p<0.05）。参照组发生 7例不良反应，实验组患者发生 1例不良反应，两组间数据比较具备统计学意义（ p<0.05）。结论：雌三醇乳膏联合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗老年性阴道炎，能够提升患者的临床治疗效果，且患者不良反应发生率较高，适合于临床应用。

Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of Estriol Cream combined with nano silver antibacterial hydrogel in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods: from January 2018 to January 2019, 92 patients with senile vaginitis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were regarded as the objects of investigation and included into the reference group and the experimental group by any number (n = 46). The reference group received routine treatment, while the experimental group was treated with Estriol Cream combined with nano silver antibacterial hydrogel. The symptom control rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: the symptom control rate of the reference group was 82.61%, and that of the experimental group was 97.83%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were 7 adverse reactions in the reference group and 1 in the experimental group. The data between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Estriol Cream combined with nano silver antibacterial hydrogel in the treatment of senile vaginitis can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients, and the incidence of adverse reactions is high, which is suitable for clinical application.
