摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果。方法：选择我院 2017 年 8 月～ 2019 年 11 月的 90 例类风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象，将 90 例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上增加中药熏蒸，对比两组的治疗效果和实验室指标。结果：治疗组患者的治疗效果和实验室指标明显优于对照组，两组数据差异具有统计学意义， P<0.05 。结论：中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎效果显著，可以有效改善患者的实验室指标，提高治疗效果，促进患者早日康复，具有较高的推广价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 90 patients with rheumatoid arthritis from August 2017 to November 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research object. 90 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of conventional therapy. The therapeutic effects and laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: the therapeutic effect and laboratory indexes of the patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis, which can effectively improve the laboratory indexes of patients, improve the treatment effect, and promote the early recovery of patients. It has high promotion value.
