摘要
【摘 要】目的：分析替硝唑局部用药在牙周炎治疗中的应用效果及其安全性。方法：本次 80例研究对象均为本院 2018年 7月 -2019年 6月接收的牙周炎患者，随机分为两组，各 40例 ;两组均接受常规治疗，在此基础上，对照组实施甲硝唑联合阿莫西林治疗方案，研究组接受替硝唑局部用药治疗方案，统计各组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果：在治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率方面，研究组分别是 97.50%和 5.00%，对照组分别是 82.50%和 22.50%，研究组相比于对照组更优，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：牙周炎治疗过程中，替硝唑局部用药应用价值高，不仅可以减轻牙周炎临床病症，且安全性高，值得采纳、推广。

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the efficacy and safety of tinidazole in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods: 80 patients with periodontitis received by our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group; both groups received routine treatment, on this basis, the control group was treated with metronidazole combined with amoxicillin, and the study group was treated with tinidazole local drug treatment, and the treatment effect and adverse reaction rate of each group were counted. Results: in terms of the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions, the study group was 97.50% and 5.00% respectively, and the control group was 82.50% and 22.50% respectively. Compared with the control group, the study group was better and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of periodontitis treatment, tinidazole is of high value in local application. It can not only alleviate the clinical symptoms of periodontitis, but also has high safety, which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
