摘要
【摘要】目的 分析中西医结合治疗中风后偏瘫的临床效果。方法 选取 2018年 3月～ 2020年 3月年我院收治的 72例中风后偏瘫患者，采用抽签法将其随机分成两组各 36例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用中医辨证治疗， 4个月后比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损情况、中医证候积分、生活质量水平及临床疗效。结果 治疗后，观察组患者神经功能缺损功能恢复程度、临床症状改善效果和生活质量水平均明显高于对照组（ P<0.05）；观察组治疗有效率 91.67%明显高于对照组的 63.89%（ P<0.05）。
结论 中西医结合治疗中风后偏瘫能够有效改善患者临床症状，提升临床疗效，提高患者生活质量水平，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on hemiplegia after stroke. Methods from March 2018 to March 2020, 72 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, 36 in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group. Four months later, the neurological deficit, TCM syndrome score, quality of life and clinical effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the recovery degree of neurological deficit, the improvement effect of clinical symptoms and the level of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the effective rate in the observation group was 91.67% significantly higher than that in the control group (63.89%) (P < 0.05).
