摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨人性化护理管理在肝病患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法 选取 2017年 1月— 2019年 8月 116例肝病患者，将其随机分为两组，每组 58例，对照组采用常规护理管理，观察组在此基础上采用人性化护理管理，参与研究的 40名护士随机分入两组，每组 20名，比较应用效果。结果 观察组护士护理质量评分高于对照组，患者护理满意度（ 96.55%）高于对照组（ 84.48%）（ P<0.05）。结论 在肝病患者护理管理中应用人性化护理管理可有效提高护理质量，提升护理满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing management in the nursing management of liver disease patients. Methods from January 2017 to August 2019, 116 patients with liver disease were randomly divided into two groups, 58 in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing management, and the observation group was treated with humanized nursing management. 40 nurses participating in the study were randomly divided into two groups, 20 in each group, with better effect. Results the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients (96.55%) was higher than that of the control group (84.48%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of humanized nursing management in the nursing management of liver disease patients can effectively improve the quality of nursing and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
