摘要
【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠合并艾滋病孕妇剖宫产术后护理措施。方法 选取我市定点医院收治的艾滋病孕妇实施剖宫产的患者 8例进行分析讨论，术后为患者实施有效的护理措施，包括针对性的心理护理，一般护理并加强职业防护措施以及消毒隔离措施，防止 HIV感染与传播。结果 此组患者经过有效地护理干预措施，在手术后以及住院期间进行有效的职业防护及隔离措施，最终均出院，并无其他感染病例发生。结论 妊娠合并 HIV的孕妇剖宫产术后加强护理措施，而且 HIV属于传播性较强的疾病，严格执行消毒隔离制度能够有效的切断了传播途径，减少医护及病患的感染几率。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing measures for pregnant women with AIDS after cesarean section. Methods 8 cases of AIDS pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in our city's designated hospitals were selected for analysis and discussion. Effective nursing measures were implemented for the patients after operation, including targeted psychological nursing, general nursing, strengthening occupational protection measures and disinfection and isolation measures, so as to prevent HIV infection and transmission. Results after effective nursing intervention, effective occupational protection and isolation measures were taken after operation and during hospitalization, all patients were discharged from hospital, and no other cases of infection occurred. Conclusion it is necessary to strengthen the nursing measures for pregnant women with HIV after cesarean section, and HIV is a highly contagious disease. Strict implementation of the disinfection and isolation system can effectively cut off the transmission path and reduce the infection rate of doctors, nurses and patients.
