摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探究专科护理干预在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病围术期护理中的效果。方法 2017年 3月— 2019年 3月期间所收治的共计 126例子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者作为实验研究对象，将所有的患者按照随机数字方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理 ;观察组实施专科护理，对比两组患者血糖改善情况及整体护理效果。结果 观察组血糖及康复情况显著优于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 当前阶段针对子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病围术期患者来说实施专科护理方式能够有效改善护理效果，提升护理的质量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of special nursing intervention on perioperative nursing of Hysteromyoma with diabetes mellitus. Methods from March 2017 to March 2019, a total of 126 patients with hysteromyoma and diabetes were enrolled as the experimental subjects. All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine nursing was carried out in the control group and special nursing was carried out in the observation group. Results the blood glucose and rehabilitation of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion at present, the implementation of specialized nursing can effectively improve the effect of nursing and improve the quality of nursing.
