磁共振技术在隐形骨折鉴别诊断中的临床应用

摘要   【摘要】 目的 探究和分析磁共振技术在隐形骨折鉴别中的临床应用效果。 方法 回顾分析 2017年 1月—— 2019年 6月来我科治疗的隐形骨折患者 100例,并对其进行相关的诊断治疗。 结果 所有患者先进行 X线平片检查,并未发现有明显骨折现象。再行磁共振技术检查,发现有 82例患者存在不同程度的骨折症状,占总比例的 82%,而无骨折症状的患者仅占总比例的 18%。故磁共振技术与 X线平片技术相比较,差异显著,有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论 应用磁共振技术鉴别隐形骨折,不仅临床诊断率高、对人体没有辐射,而且成像清晰,能够显示更多细节,故值得在临床上进一步推广应用。    【关键词】 磁共振技术;隐形骨折;应用分析  [Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of MRI in the identification of invisible fracture. Methods 100 cases of invisible fracture treated in our department from January 2017 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively, and relevant diagnosis and treatment were carried out. Results X-ray plain film examination was carried out first in all patients, and no obvious fracture was found. The results showed that 82 patients had different degree of fracture symptoms, accounting for 82% of the total, while only 18% of the patients without fracture symptoms. Therefore, the difference between MRI and X-ray is significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of MRI in the diagnosis of invisible fracture not only has high clinical diagnosis rate and no radiation to human body, but also has clear imaging and can show more details, so it is worthy of further clinical application.
