摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 分析综合护理在乙肝肝硬化合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 于 2017年 12月— 2019年 6月选取该院收治的 48例乙肝肝硬化合并糖尿病患者随机分 2组，对照组常规护理，实验组给予综合护理，比较两组效果。结果 经过护理后，实验组的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、谷草转氨酶、球蛋白以及谷丙转氨酶水平均比对照组低，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。 结论 乙肝肝硬化合并有糖尿病患者经综合护理措施进行管理后可使其肝功能改善的同时也能使血糖水平得到降低，治疗效果显著，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and diabetes mellitus. Methods from December 2017 to June 2019, 48 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and diabetes were randomly divided into two groups: the control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. Results after nursing, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glutamic oxaloacetate transaminase, globulin and glutamic pyruvate transaminase levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive nursing can improve the liver function of the patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and diabetes mellitus, at the same time, it can also reduce the blood sugar level, the treatment effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
