摘要
【摘要】目的 分析优质护理措施对冠心病合并高血压患者的效果。方法 选取 2017年 11月～ 2019年 11月我院收治的冠心病合并高血压患者 241例为研究对象，并随机分为试验组 121例和对照组 120例。对照组给予常规护理，试验组给予优质护理措施，比较两组的护理效果和生存质量评分。结果 试验组总有效率为 98.34%，明显高于对照组的 75.83%，生存质量评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 对冠心病合并高血压患者给予优质护理措施效果显著，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing measures on patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods 241 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into the experimental group of 121 cases and the control group of 120 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given quality nursing measures, and the nursing effect and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.34%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.83%), and the quality of life score was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion high quality nursing measures for patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension are effective and worthy of promotion.
