摘要
摘 要：目的 针对综合护理干预对乳腺癌术后放疗患者生命质量的影响进行分析。方法 选取我院 2017年 1月至 2018年 12月收治的乳腺癌术后放疗患者 50例作为本次研究的对象，将患者分成两组，对照组与观察组，每组患者 25例，对照组给予常规的临床护理干预，观察组给予综合护理干预，然后对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组的生命质量优良率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，（ P<0.05）。结论 乳腺癌术后放疗患者给予综合护理干预，能够有效地促进患者的预后，提高生活质量，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer. Methods 50 cases of breast cancer patients receiving postoperative radiotherapy from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the objects of this study. The patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 25 patients in each group. The control group was given routine clinical nursing intervention, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, and then the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results the excellent rate of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively promote the prognosis and improve the quality of life of the patients with breast cancer, which has a high clinical application value.
