摘要在一项常规体检中，一名52岁，经常久坐不动的电脑程序员发现其血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）浓度为68 IU/L（正常0~40 IU/L），甘油三酯浓度为1.9 mmol/L。空腹血糖5.8 mmol/L，其他肝、肾、血脂基础检查正常。他没有什么重大疾病史，没有常规服用的药物，不吸烟，每周饮酒量少于7个单位。临床检查也没有什么异常发现。他的体质指数为29 kg/m2，腰围102 cm，血压134/88 mmHg。几个月后复查的血清ALT仍然升高，为62 IU/L。
