摘要
【摘 要】目的：研究血清尿酸检测在老年冠心病患者诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：选取我院 2018年 3月至 2020年 3月期间入院接受治疗的老年冠心病患者 72例，将其作为观察组进行血清尿酸检测，并选取同期健康体检 72例，将其作为对照组进行研究，分析血清检验中血清尿酸值对患者的临床影响。结果：观察组患者的血清胆红素指标显著低于对照组健康体检者，血清尿酸检测值则明显高于对照组健康体检者，经比较两组数据结果， P均 <0.05，两组观察者的临床心力衰竭发生率对比显示，观察组明显高于对照组， P<0.05，同时不同血清尿酸检测值的患者，在心力衰竭方面的发生情况显示，血清尿酸水平为 300～ 400μmol/L时，其心理衰竭的发生率为 10.00%，其比率低于 400-500μmol/L的 34.48%，同时也低于 500μmol/L水平的 52.17%，血清尿酸检测值越高，患者心力衰竭症状表现越明显，且呈正相关分布。结论：在针对老年冠心病患者的检测中，血清尿酸检测值可以作为评定心力衰竭可能发生因素的检测标准，具有较高的临床诊断价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical value of serum uric acid in the diagnosis of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 72 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the observation group for serum uric acid detection, and 72 healthy physical examination patients at the same period were selected as the control group for study, and the clinical effect of serum uric acid value in serum test on patients was analyzed. Results: the serum bilirubin index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the serum uric acid test value was significantly higher than that of the control group. After comparing the data of the two groups, P < 0.05, the clinical heart failure rate of the two groups showed that the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. At the same time, the patients with different serum uric acid test values were in Xinli In terms of the occurrence of failure, when the serum uric acid level is 300-400 μ mol / L, the incidence of psychological failure is 10.00%, which is lower than 34.48% of 400-500 μ mol / L, and also lower than 52.17% of 500 μ mol / L. the higher the serum uric acid detection value is, the more obvious the symptom of heart failure is, and the positive correlation distribution is. Conclusion: in the detection of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, the detection value of serum uric acid can be used as the detection standard to evaluate the possible factors of heart failure, which has high clinical diagnostic value.
