摘要
【摘要】目的：研究依托咪酯联合丙泊酚麻醉在老年患者关节置换术中的应用价值。方法：从本院 2016年 2月至 2019年 2月接受的关节置换术老年患者中，抽取 40例，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，均 20例。对照组仅接受丙泊酚进行麻醉，观察组接受依托咪酯联合丙泊酚进行麻醉，观察两组麻醉效果。结果：观察组患者麻醉优良率显著高于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：在老年患者关节置换术中应用依托咪酯联合丙泊酚麻醉能够有效提高麻醉优良率。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the application value of etomidate combined with propofol anesthesia in joint replacement of elderly patients. Methods: from February 2016 to February 2019, 40 elderly patients underwent joint replacement were randomly divided into control group and observation group, all 20 cases. The control group was anesthetized with propofol only, the observation group was anesthetized with etomidate and propofol, and the anesthesia effect of the two groups was observed. Results: the excellent rate of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: etomidate combined with propofol anesthesia can effectively improve the excellent and good rate of anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing joint replacement.
