摘要
【摘 要】 目的：探讨临床药学服务在头孢菌素类药物合理用药中的应用效果。方法：本次研究的对象均为 2017年 1月至 2019年 12月来我院就诊使用头孢菌素类药物的患者共 92例，根据治疗时间将 1～ 6月分为参照组， 7～ 12月分为试验组，各 46例。参照组未采用临床药学服务，试验组采用临床药学服务。观察两组患者治疗依从率、不良反应发生率、处方不合理用药发生率、工作质量评分。结果：试验组患者治疗依从率、工作质量评分高于参照组，不良反应发生率、不合理用药发生率低于参照组（ P<0.05）。结论：加强头孢菌素类药物临床药学服务可准确提高患者治疗依从性及药师工作质量，减少不良反应的发生及处方不合理用药情况。

Objective: To explore the application effect of clinical pharmaceutical care in rational use of cephalosporins. Methods: 92 patients with cephalosporins in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled in this study. According to the treatment time, the patients were divided into the reference group from January to June, and the experimental group from July to December, with 46 cases in each. The reference group did not use clinical pharmaceutical care, the experimental group used clinical pharmaceutical care. The treatment compliance rate, incidence of adverse reactions, incidence of irrational drug use and work quality score were observed. Results: the treatment compliance rate and work quality score of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, and the incidence of adverse reactions and irrational drug use were lower than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: strengthening the clinical pharmaceutical care of cephalosporins can accurately improve the treatment compliance of patients and the quality of pharmacists' work, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and irrational use of prescriptions.
