摘要
【摘要】 目的 探讨分析中医针灸治疗周围性面瘫急性期患者的临床疗效。方法 50例周围性面瘫患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 每组 25例。对照组患者使用常规的西医治疗方法进行治疗， 观察组患者使用中医针灸方法进行治疗。观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率 92%明显高于对照组的 68%， 差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 在临床对周围性面瘫急性期患者实施治疗的过程中， 通过使用中医针灸治疗的形式能够显著的提高治疗效果， 在临床上值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 50 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. Observe and compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rate of 92% in the observation group was significantly higher than 68% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion in the process of clinical treatment of patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis, the treatment effect can be significantly improved through the use of acupuncture and moxibustion, which is worthy of clinical application.
