摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮治疗围绝经期综合征临床疗效。 方法 选择 2018年 3月～ 2020年 3月期间来我院就诊的围绝经期综合征患者 170例，将其分为两组，对照组和观察组各 85例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组用戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后激素水平。 结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（ P<0.05）。两组治疗后 FSH、 LH水平均低于治疗前， E2水平高于治疗前（ P<0.05）；观察组治疗后 FSH、 LH水平低于对照组治疗后， E2水平高于对照组治疗后（ P<0.05）。 结论 使用戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征疗效确切，可明显提高临床疗效，使激素水平有效改善，可在临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 170 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who came to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group with 85 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules. The clinical efficacy and hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the level of E2 was higher than that before treatment (P < 0.05); after treatment, the levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the E2 level was higher than that in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome has definite curative effect, which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and hormone level, and can be widely used in clinical practice.
