摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨小儿腹泻给予双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗的效果。方法：本研究选择我院儿科 2018 年 1 月至 2020 年 1 月之间收治 100 例小儿腹泻患者为观察对象，依据不同治疗方案分为对照组（ 50 例，蒙脱石散治疗）和实验组（ 50 例，双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗），对比两组临床治疗效果。结果：实验组患儿药物治疗总有效率为 88.0% ，明显高于对照组的 40.0% ，数据差异比较存在统计学意义（ P<0.05 ）。结论：小儿腹泻患者接受双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗，效果显著，应用价值较高。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of Bifidus triple viable tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods: in this study, 100 children diarrhea patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the observation objects. According to different treatment schemes, they were divided into the control group (50 cases, treated with montmorillonite powder) and the experimental group (50 cases, treated with bifidtriple viable tablet and montmorillonite powder), and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rate of drug treatment in the experimental group was 88.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (40.0%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of Bifidus triple viable tablet combined with montmorillonite powder is significant and the application value is high.
