摘要
【摘要】目的 探讨在实施口腔正畸治疗期间三维 CT重建技术运用可行性。方法 将我院 2017年 08月～ 2020年 02月收治的 68例口腔正畸治疗患者数字奇偶法分组 ;治疗组（ 34例）：采用三维 CT重建技术给予正畸治疗配合 ;对照组（ 34例）：采用常规扫描方式给予正畸治疗配合 ;就组间阻生牙、牙骨变形、埋伏牙、牙缺失以及其他牙齿畸形检出率展开对比。结果 治疗组口腔正畸治疗患者阻生牙、牙骨变形、牙缺失以及其他牙齿畸形检出率同对照组比较差异不明显（ P>0.05），治疗组埋伏牙检出率高于对照组明显（ P<0.05）。结论 三维 CT重建技术有效应用，可实现口腔正畸治疗工作顺利开展的有效促进，对于埋伏牙检出率可以确保显著提升，最终实现口腔正畸治疗患者的有效治疗以及预后。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the feasibility of 3D CT reconstruction during orthodontic treatment. Methods 68 patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital from August 2017 to February 2020 were divided into two groups: the treatment group (34 cases): the orthodontic treatment cooperation was given by 3D CT reconstruction technology; the control group (34 cases): the orthodontic treatment cooperation was given by conventional scanning method; The detection rates of impacted teeth, tooth bone deformation, embedded teeth, tooth loss and other tooth deformities were compared. Results there was no significant difference in the detection rate of impacted teeth, tooth bone deformation, tooth loss and other tooth deformities between the treatment group and the control group (P > 0.05). The detection rate of embedded teeth in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the effective application of 3D CT reconstruction technology can effectively promote the smooth development of orthodontic treatment, ensure the significant improvement of the detection rate of embedded teeth, and finally achieve the effective treatment and prognosis of patients with orthodontic treatment.
