摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨急性脑梗塞病人护理中全程优质护理的临床应用效果。方法 对该院 2017年 7月— 2019年 8月收治的 76例急性脑梗塞病人进行全程优质护理，对患者的平均住院时间、并发症发生情况以及患者的满意度方面进行调查。结果 76例急性脑梗塞病人在实行全程优质护理后，能尽早恢复健康，及早出院，患者的满意度高达 98.5%。结论 对急性脑梗塞病人实施全程优质护理普遍得到患者认可，满意度较高，且患者并发症较少，住院时间较短，减轻了患者医疗费用的负担，有利于改善患者生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in the whole course of nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to August 2019 were given full course quality nursing. The average length of stay, complications and patients' satisfaction were investigated. Results 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction could recover their health as soon as possible and leave hospital as soon as possible after the whole course of quality nursing. The patients' satisfaction was as high as 98.5%. Conclusion the implementation of the whole process quality nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction is generally recognized by patients with high satisfaction, less complications and shorter hospital stay, which can reduce the burden of medical expenses and improve the quality of life of patients.
