健康教育路径在小儿营养不良护理中的临床应用观察

摘要    [摘要 ]目的:探讨健康教育路径在小儿营养不良护理中的应用价值。方法:抽取我院门诊部 2018年 6月至 2019年 6月间接收的 84例小儿营养不良患者为研究对象,根据护理方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理方式,给予观察组健康教育路径,比较两组护理效果。结果:对照组护理满意度为 76.2%,与观察组的 95.2%相比,差异存在统计学意义( P<0.05);比较两组不良反应发生率,差异存在统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:给予营养不良小儿患者健康教育路径,不但能够提高护理满意度,还可降低并发症发生率,推广应用价值明显。     [关键词 ]小儿营养不良;健康教育路径;护理满意度;并发症    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the application value of health education pathway in the nursing of children with malnutrition. Methods: 84 children with malnutrition received by the outpatient department of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the nursing mode, they were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group adopted the routine nursing mode and gave the health education path to the observation group to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results: the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 76.2%, compared with 95.2% of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the health education path for malnutrition children can not only improve the satisfaction of nursing, but also reduce the incidence of complications.
